Warranty Coverage

We're committed to providing peace of mind to our customers. We proudly offer a 5-year warranty on the Viking vessel and a 2-year warranty on the Viking chiller.


Filing a Warranty Claim

Should you encounter any issues covered under the warranty period, please follow the procedures listed below to initiate a warranty claim:

1. Email our dedicated support team at [email protected], providing the following information:

  • At least one clear picture of the warranty claim
  • Detailed description of the warranty claim and how it occurred (if known)
  • Product Name
  • Order Number
  • Order Name
  • Purchase Date
  • Contact Information

2. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response; however, we often respond much faster. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments regarding our warranty policy, please contact our Customer Support Team.

3. Once your warranty claim has been approved, our Customer Support Team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with comprehensive instructions.

4. Securely package the item either in its original packaging or in a suitable alternative to ensure its safe transportation.

5. Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team, ensuring that the RA number is clearly indicated on the package for easy identification.

Please Note: Customers are always responsible for the cost of shipping to return their items to Nordic Wave. Nordic Wave will cover the cost of shipping back to the customer. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for Expedited shipping options.

6. Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its adherence to our warranty eligibility criteria. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for a warranty claim to be processed and completed from the time Nordic Wave receives it.

7. You will receive an email notification once your warranty claim has been processed, along with the tracking number of the replacement item.


Expired Warranty

Although your warranty has expired, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support Team. They will assess your situation and provide potential options available to you.
